I don't know how many of you are out there with a laptop and no mouse, but keyboard shortcuts make routine tasks so much easier for everyone. Sure, they take a little getting used to, but you're likely to find them huge time savers.
Keyxl.com is an online, searchable database of shortcuts for a large number of programs, including many of the programs installed on the library's computers.
